Daily Schedule

Knowing well, these old women's physical, psychological and spiritual needs different programmes are arranged on a daily basis.

These include activities like gardening, poultry rearing, housekeeping, goat rearing and exercises like yoga, meditation, prayer, reading and so on. Enough time is given for group mingling, exchange of pleasantries and doing things as a team. These help to build up mutual trust and love among the members and grow in self esteem and positive thinking. In short an atmosphere is created where all feel at home.
